finally my long awaited pay is here.. felt so broke recently.. i wonder where has all my money gone to?? didnt go for much shopping or leisure leh.. hmm.. does my money has legs that they just walked away themselves?? hahas.. or my wallet has holes?? my money would drop as i walked..

today have no mood to work and super tired so tot of going to get MC. as usual tell the doctor that i have headache and sore throat.. who knows is like so real that the doctor gave me 2 days of MC instead..hahas.. great~ one more day to rest.
but i didnt know that my throat is sore and slight feverish.. lolx.

my inital plan was to revise for my test tmr but seems like i'm glue to my lappy and the notes simply make me wanna fall asleep.. haiz. so many theory and words.faint~

yesterday was a pretty challenging day at work for me. maybe this explain that why i had no mood to work today.. hahas.. my own excuses~ better hope that non of my bosses read this entry. my life is like full of weird and strange people.. yesterday i met 3 challenging female customers. they were like really irritating.. each of them are like taking more than one hour of my time. for their transaction at the most i would only take 10mins. they used up dunno how many XXXXXtimes of my time lor..

first one is a thai.. she's so DUMB(pardon using this phase) but she's really stupid and still say our product sucky. diao lor..
the story goes...
she open a personal a/c. then she asked if she could view the a/c transaction over the internet. then i told her yes, she could. then she dun wan the account transaction to be reflected in the internet banking becos she dun wan her husband to know. diao~ i was like explaining to her that any products you hold with the bank under your name would be reflected. then she made a big fuss saying why our products are so inflexible etc.wan to see our product manager.. LOLX. does product manager station in a branch??! please think before saying can?? in the first place, she's the one who told her husband her user ID and pw then expect us to control and manage that her husband dun see her a/c???!!!

what kind of logic!!?? lolx. i suggested her to change her pw and user ID then her husband applied Internet banking under his own name if he wants internet transaction.. and she's like couldnt get my point. argh!! even my colleagues cant stand her and tell her to think before keep posting WEIRD and ILLOGICAL qns. crazy woman. at a point i cant stand her that i offered to close her account for her on the spot lor if she dun wan her husband to know the presence of this personal account. i dun bother if she go and complain. cos i'm in no wrong ma..stupid right??

the second one.. thanks to her i had my lunch at like 2pm when i suppose to go at 1pm..super hungry. hahas.. she's a very strange lady..
i cant stand customer dunno what they wan then trying to confuse us. PROCESS in your mind first before telling us can.. diao~

wonder what are they thinking while queuing in the long queue?? cant they make use of the time to clear their thoughts??!!
she cut away her passcard account and atm card cos she lost her receipts for those payment.. i was like holding to my laughter lor.. what information is there on the receipts. lolx. dun understand why she wants to close.. but nevermind i never probe further, jus follow her instruction to close. then she wants to open another one again. FINE~ she's really testing my patience.. all in all, i closed 3of her accounts then transfer the money here and there, and open two fixed dep account. the transaction amount is like so pathetic. $1000 of fixed dep, the interest only fetch 8bucks for a year leh..like that she also happy??

the last one is the scary one.. thanks to elaine who helped me with it. hahas
this customer came to my counter saying she wants to be DBS treasures, so i get her contact no and get our treausre relationship manager to contact her.. who knows the RM didnt call her and she came down yesterday screaming and yelling at us.. OH no~ she's like trying to eat us up lor.. i scared that she might scold me that i dun dare to go out to get my lunch.. but my stomach really cant tahan, so i went out hoping she wont see me. hahas.
but as usual, the "lucky" me, she saw me..so no choice i stopped down to explain to her.. i was really quite drained after the two strange customer before hand. so jus look straight into her eyes and say i've contacted the RM liao so wait for the RM to call her. then my colleague helped me with it.. thanks elaine. hahas. pacify her and help her contact another RM.
think have some money very powerful arz?? the whole earth revolve for you meh??

cant stand all those stupid people leh. those yaya papaya people ard.. hope they would lost all their money in watever they invested. or get cheated etc . donate those money to charity.. hahas.. i sound very evil cursing them hor.. lolx
jus grumbling.. no bad intention lar..
