surprisingly i fare pretty well for my first round appraisal..i manage to get 99.3% *clap clap*

taking snap shots of the branch and with colleagues.. now shall introduce them one by one. too bad some were on leave etc.. this attachment definately marks an exciting chapter in my working life.. and have taught me alot of stuff..

she's the best person that i met in the branch.. she always the one that help me *when i make mistake* when i'm not sure of the process.. she's like POSB dictionary.. so well with her product knowledge.. loves her~ look forward to work with her again

1. Bai fa mo nu—the white hair lady
2. Match making session
3. Crazy woman from IMH screaming at me over counter
4. Counting money like crazy.. stacks of 2 and 10 notes for over 55k
5. Didn’t take customer thumbprint or signature when making withdrawal
6. Spending the whole afternoon to find out why i have excess 20cent in my cash till
7. Scam Kidnapping case
8. deceased case and the person broke down at my counter
9. cust open and close account immediately like nobody business
10. communicating with all the bangala and foreigner
11. Money laundering
