alright.. moving on to secured loan--housing loan department~

have been pretty slacking as usual during the training period.. they feeding us with the overview of the business..thank God i'm have banking and financial background.. thanks to credit analysis, CMFI and Insurance.. at least i'm not that lost though i return everything learnt to the lecturers liao.. hahas~

but some days we left at 3plus, 2plus.. shiok~ working life now seems slacking..hahas

after which attached to the personal finance center.. learnt quite alot though i tot of dozing off at some time or rather all of us are bored.. cos the whole day we jus sit by the side and tag on the calls.. use eye and ear power.. but is rather interesting to hear the conversations..hahas~ some of them really ask stupid qns or some didnt even know what they are talking abt.. those special accent.. that's the fun part of customer service job.. you can get to see and experience funny things everyday~
