our reggae dance song.. though didnt really understand and only manage to catch abit of what they are singing.. but the song is very grooving..
reggae steps are quite tiring~ we perspired during the class and when the class is air conditioned.. and we need to keep in the position of half squat which is quite straining on our thighs and abs. but overall the class is fun la.. a channel for me to release my stress though learning the steps can be challenging and stressful..hahas..the shaking of the hips..
