lets welcome the future sucessful bankers!!! graduation day~

jus manage to get the pics after like 4months...hahas..aware that is abit slow..late is always better than never right?? hahas~

shall give a background info of us..

22 of us are chosen out of 1600 people going thru 4rounds of group and individual interviews counductor by the managers, directors.. go and calculate the probability of being chosen~~22/1600*100=1.375%

come to think of how we manage to get in also very interesting

1.sign up the application form and submit our online resume tog with HP at her place for like hours..
2.head down to HR for the first interview after like missed so many of their calls
3. go down again for a group interview and i missed their calls again..
4 the last interview with the directors

and lastly received their call that i was selected.. and HP also selected.. thank GOd for her lo.. great pal, colleagues..

all of us are from various polytechnics and faculty...from banking and finance to business management to accounting to biomedical science... nonetheless we have the same passion to work in the bank and be a Personal Finance Manager..

surprisingly.. we have 4 people from my course and each of us came from different classes...so coincidental and also shows that NYP-FS quite good arz.. lolx. self praise.

get to know each other on 2June2008.. start out with a one day Induction program. get to know more people and where they come from.. i would say there's a common personality that i can see from all of them here, out-spoken and dare to speak out their mind.

i would say the one month training with them is definately an enjoyable one.. everyday laughed and joke around though with the stress of tests everyday. defiantely going to miss those times.

but now the strength become 16:( cos 6 of them resigned:( WHY WHY???

haiz. hope that i will not hear anymore people resign already arz. we shall go and take the exams together in JUne 2009 and be a professional and successful PFM together..

look forward to work and have fun together in the departments..
