i wan to share this encounter over the counter.. this lady almost driving me CRAZY!!

i was serving this lady over the counter last week jus after i came back from lunch break.. initally very happy due to the satisfied meal and break.. and this horrible woman cause me to have indigestion..

description of her:

mid 40s lady cladding flowery blouse and need length skirt
white messy long hair
having eye-liner at her eye bags

nickname of her from my colleagues: BAI FA MO NU

the story goes.......

i jus came back from lunch break and she walked to my counter.. no choice but to serve her though she looked a bit weird. firstly she wanted to make enquiry on her current account enquiry.. so as standard procedures, i asked for her IC and a piece of paper for her to write the account no. then she stared real hard into my eyes and shouted "DIDNT YOUR HAVE A PROPER PIECE OF PAPER WITH DBS LOGO!! AND WHY DO YOU NEED MY IC!!!" STUNNED by her reaction. i tried to find a LOGO piece of paper and try very hard to explain that i need those details to process.. reluctantly she passed me her IC. within split seconds she snatched back again.. not exaggerating is really so fast..

stunned!! didnt even key into the system then she snatch back..

so i have to "BEG" for her IC from her again.. this time round she scream" WHY DO YOU ALWAYS NEED MY IC! IS PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL YOU KNOW!!" after much explaination, she passed me her IC..this time round better, she placed the IC with me for 5secs.. attempting to capture her IC no. i wrote on a piece of paper before she snatched back again.. this time round, she grabbed my paper and strike off"coloured" off the number.. SHOCKED!! screaming at me saying how can you write people's IC down.. is PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL YOU KNOW!!

after much commotion, finally manage to do the transaction.. then i called by her surname.."MDM LOH" erm..this is your account balance.. then she screamed at me again!!! DONT CALL MY NAME OUT!! IS PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL!!

later on she continued to check out her saving accounts, fixed deposit account etc.. argh!! is taking full half and hour.. that's not the end!!! she wanted to deposit Cheque over the counter which we dont do so.. so again as expected she make a BIG FUSS.. then my manage give in to her by depositing for her.. then after the processing i place the cheque and transaction slip at the slot beside my counter.. SHE SCREAM AGAIN!!! this is PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL with my particulars there. so you take something to cover it up?? i was like crazy woman.. we always place the transaction slip there why yours must be so special and for goodness sake who would want to get your particulars!!?? CRAZY!!

phew phew~~ finally, at last was done with her.. and she ended with " okay can..if anything i come back and look for you arz" faint..please dont come back.. my manager ask me to go to the backroom to hide till she left the branch..

then from here can really see how selfish my colleagues are, none of them wan to serve her and purposely SLOWED down their transaction, avoiding her and dont even bother to assist me.. then after which everyone hypocritely asked me how am i doing.. what's the use of asking when everything is done and over??
