Tired tired on Monday morning. Struggling to wake up and make my way to Sarasin.

Help out for FINA/ARENA WORLD CUP SWIMMING at Singapore Sports School over the weekends.

Wah. the event was so cool can with the great swimmers.. * I only meant in the evening* but overall was a great experience. After watching them really have the urge to go back for swimming practices. Missed those times when I would go for swimming training every Saturday. The joy and fun when you get to see yourself swam faster and faster each lap after the training. The feeling of when you are in the pool, always fighting with time and skills.

Our job scope is like security. Make sure that those who are not suppose to be at the area are not there.
Saturday
Report 730am at Singapore Sports School
Overslept and drag myself there at 830am
Get changed *no comments on the attire*
Chatting and rotting at the stairway till 10plus
Watch Heats
Report to the various location* Level 2 Next to VIP seats* get a super good view of the whole pool.
Home at 930pm
Not forgetting mentioning the 20bucks allowance. Hahas

The competition is super exciting especially when you see Singapore swimmer might have a chance to fight for the TOP 3 place. your heart would beat with them as they cheered them on.
Sunday
Report at 730am.
Slack+breakfast
Thanks to the “Tom” hahas nickname of a personnel ask me to be the carpark security. Stand by the street and have to make sure they have passes before they can enter the school if not they have park their car by the road side. Although tough task but quite fun. Hahas. first time directing the cars as I usually have phobia meddling with cars as afraid that they might knock me down.

After which in the evening I’m located at the reporting room and doping center. So cool lo. can get a close up look of each and every swimmers. Wah. their body are PERFECT and the looks are so charming.
This applies to the female as well.

Then keep climbing up the stairs to watch the event. Lucky that I able to witness the World record of female backstroke being broken. The atmosphere there was high. Applause was so loud and cheering was all over.

One of the best part of the event was the dinner on the last day. Hehex. Better food and most important able to take pics with them. I really like the Australian Team. They can swim really good and with cute faces. Hahas.

Have a chance to take picture with Natalie the world record holder of female backstroke. Such a rare opportunity..

Though Singapore team didn’t manage to get a lot of medals but still proud of them.
LOVE Team Singapore swimming!!! Hope Singapore swimmers win more medals at FINA/Arena World Cup at the next stop.
