Get pissed off by one of the staff in NYP student care centre level 2 jus now.. feel like giving her two tight slap! her attitude was like sux. with her idiot face.

i went there to sumit my NYP grant. i was asking if i submit at the right place or should i submit at Blk E. she replied impatiently to me. didnt they write in the form?? can you please read? i was like stunned by her response. i'm jus asking a simple qns. do you need to go to the extend of being such impatient?? at this moment, still control my attitude, ask her if i need to put my document into the envelope or if there's any file or me to carry the document.. rolling her eyes. she said. jus staple.. Hello this is like so thick can... so i passed her my envelope.

NYP still offer CRM when their staff has such a bad service attitude.. they should send all of them for training.. the bare minimum should at least be smiling and polite ba..
